    Zhai Jianxin attaches great importance to the company's safety production management, adhering to the people-oriented management concept, constantly increasing safety management efforts, improving the implementation of the safety production management system and double system construction, taking safety production as one of the core of site control, strictly implementing the rules and regulations of the safety supervision departments at all levels, organising weekly safety production meetings for the persons in charge of each unit and safety officers to convey the new policies of safety management at all levels The new policies and spirit of safety management at all levels are conveyed.  
    In particular, with the increase in environmental protection in recent times, Zhai Jianxin organises all units and workshops to actively rectify and meet the inspection and assessment of environmental protection inspection teams at all levels, inspecting each workshop every day, communicating with the Environmental Protection Bureau, actively cooperating with the rectification, and striving to do a good and perfect job in environmental protection.  
    Zhai Jianxin is the youngest member of the team of Yaohui Glass.
