The company is a private enterprise operating mechanism, the first phase of the project is designed for 65m2 oxy-fuel glass kiln, three automatic bottle production lines, supporting the construction of one set of oxygen system, one set of fully automated batching system, one set of high pressure distribution power station, supporting production of plant, warehouse, office building and other auxiliary facilities. With an annual output of 45,000 tons of various types of plain white glass bottle and jar products, the project was put into operation on November 5, 2019. After the project is put into operation, it can achieve annual sales revenue of 90 million yuan, profit tax of 2 million yuan and employment of more than 100 people, with good economic benefits.
The production line adopts the oxyfuel melting technology with international advanced level, which is highly efficient, high quality, energy-saving and environmental protection. The bottle-making machine uses six groups of double-drop material, eight groups of single-drop material and other new electronic control models. The glass dosing system is controlled automatically, with accurate weighing and good uniformity. Gas heating and annealing, automatic inspection and packaging, to ensure the quality of the company's products to meet customer needs. The main products of the project are beer bottles, beverage bottles, white wine bottles, pickles and spices bottles and other kinds of glass bottles and jars products. The company has established a strict production management system and quality assurance system to ensure excellent product quality.
