Details of the brown ampoule
Ampoule, also known as curved-neck easy-fold ampoule, is a kind of sealed vial, commonly used for storing injectable drugs, vaccines, serums, etc. The capacity is generally 1ml-20ml - Jiyuan Yaohui Glass Products
Ampoules are made of glass tubes and are widely used to hold injectable preparations and high purity chemicals that must be isolated from the air. The nipple of the ampoule is encapsulated with an open flame to isolate the air and the neck of the bottle is marked so that it will break when pressure is applied to extract the solution.
The ampoule is opened by cutting a mark on the neck with an abrasive wheel, disinfecting the neck, turning the nipple upwards so that all the liquid flows into the bottle and then folding the neck off. The easy-fold ampoule is marked with the manufacturer's pre-cut area at the nipple, and the nipple can be broken off directly in this direction.
Our ampoules are available in the following sizes: 1ml, 2ml, 3ml, 5ml, 10ml and 20ml, and can also be produced according to customer requirements.
Colour: colourless transparent ampoules, teal ampoules (brown ampoules).
Glass material: low borosilicate glass ampoules and neutral borosilicate glass ampoules.
